Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a detection method for a wearable device and a wearable device. The method includes:
- detecting a value of a distance between the wearable device and a user; detecting a body characteristic value of the user; and determining that the wearable device is worn on the user, if the value of the distance between the wearable device and the user is less than or equal to a preset distance threshold and the body characteristic value of the user does not exceed a preset threshold of the body characteristic value of the user.
