Abstract
A server apparatus includes a communicator that communicates with a charging apparatus for a storage battery pack or an information terminal, and a controller. When the communicator acquires information indicating a status of the storage battery pack from the charging apparatus or the information terminal by a recommended deadline that is recommended to manage the status of the storage battery pack, compared to when the communicator does not acquire the information indicating the status of the storage battery pack by the recommended deadline, the controller makes an adjustment including at least one of discounting a usage fee for the storage battery pack, and increasing points which may be used to pay the usage fee by a user of the storage battery pack.
