Abstract
A compliance monitoring system is described suitable for display units in a retail store. A wearable device is configured to be worn by a user while in use. The wearable device may be coupled to a server. The wearable device is configured to determine a display unit to be checked for compliance and retrieve a reference image from the server, wherein the reference image shows the display unit in an ideal state. The wearable device may display the retrieved reference image in a field of view of the user while the user also views the display unit, thereby allowing a compliance comparison therebetween.
