Abstract
The problem that the present invention is to solve is to provide a liquid crystal display element using a liquid crystal composition having negative dielectric anisotropy that can achieve excellent display characteristics by using a liquid crystal display element without deteriorating various characteristics as a liquid crystal display element such as dielectric anisotropy, viscosity, nematic phase upper limit temperature, nematic phase stability at low temperature and γ1, and burn-in characteristics as a display element. The liquid crystal display composition contains at least one selected from the group of compounds represented by a General Formula (1) as a first component, and at least one selected from the group of compounds represented by a General Formula (2) as a second component.
