The system includes: a controller; a sensor operatively connected to the controller; a fan switch operatively connected to the fan; a light operatively connected to the controller; a dimmer operatively connected to the light and the controller to operate the light at various levels of brightness; a light switch operatively connected to the controller and configured to selectively operate the light; and a first input device operatively connected to the controller to input to the controller a signal associated with any one of the following: a time of day and a detected level of ambient light.
