A conditioning unit of the free cooling type, particularly for conditioning computing centers, of the type comprising:
- a water evaporation device for cooling a conditioning air flow;fans for moving the conditioning air flow;an auxiliary electric power supply unit;elements for detecting and signaling a type of electric power supply that is active, whether from an electrical grid or from the auxiliary power supply unit,elements for measuring the electric power absorbed by the conditioning unit,an electronic control and management unit, preset to control the fans in order to limit the speed and power absorption of each one of the fans.
