Disclosed are various embodiments of systems, devices, components and methods for customizable electrophysiological mapping electrode patches. Such mapping patches can include a plurality of flexible electrical conductors and corresponding sensing electrodes. One or more score lines may be disposed in the mapping sensor patches, where the score lines define at least one pre-cut portion configured to permit a user to remove or partially remove the pre-cut portion from the mapping sensor patch.
