Abstract
An organic light-emitting display device, comprising: a substrate; a first electrode (2) with reflective characteristic; a second electrode (8) with semi-transparent semi-reflective characteristic; a light output coupling layer (9), disposed on the second electrode (8); and an organic layer, disposed between the first electrode (2) and the second electrode (8), and comprising a hole injection layer (3), a hole transport layer (5), a light-emitting layer (7) and an electron transport layer (6), wherein, the hole injection layer (3) is adjacent to the first electrode (2) and disposed on the first electrode (2), the light-emitting layer (7) comprises a red-light emitting layer (63), a green-light emitting layer (62) and a blue-light emitting layer (61) respectively disposed in a red pixel area, in a green pixel area and in a blue pixel area; the organic light-emitting display device further comprises an optical compensation layer (421, 422, 431, 432) disposed between the hole injection layer (3) and the hole transport layer (5) in the green pixel area as well as in the red pixel area, and the optical compensation layer (421, 422, 431, 432) has a structure with at least two tiers. The optical compensation layers (421, 422, 431, 432) of the red pixel unit and of the green pixel unit have different thicknesses, and thus meet the optical path requirements of their respective spectrums. A top emitting OLED device for improving viewing angle characteristics, comprising a substrate (1′), a first electrode (2), a hole injection layer (3), a hole transport layer (5), a light-emitting layer (7), an electron transport layer (6), a second electrode (8) and a light output coupling layer (9), wherein, by increasing the refractive index of the hole injection layer (3), the interference enhancement condition between the reflected light from the first electrode (2) and the emitted light from the light-emitting layer (7) is broken, and the wide-angle interference in the OLED device is weakened, thereby inhibiting the micro-cavity effect; meanwhile, in cooperation with an ultra-thin structure of the second electrode (8) and assisted by the light output coupling layer (9), the transmittance rate and the light output rate of the emitted light from the light-emitting layer (7) is increased. This device can solve the technical problem that luminescent quality of top emitting OLED device deteriorates as the viewing angle deviates, which is applicable in the field of flat panel display.

Important Notes on Latency of Status data
Please note there is up to 60 days of latency in this Status indicator for certain status conditions. You can obtain up-to-date Status indicator readings by ordering PAIR for the file.
An application with the status "Published" (which means it is pending) may be recently abandoned, but not yet updated to reflect its abandoned status. However, an application filed less than one year ago is unlikely to be abandoned.
A patent with the status "Granted" may be recently expired, but not yet updated to reflect its expired status. However, it is highly unlikely a patent less than 3.5 years old would be expired.
An application with the status "Abandoned" is almost always current, but there is a small chance it was recently revived and the status not yet updated.
