Disclosed is a fluorescent material for converting wavelengths used in a light transmitting layer of a solar cell module, by mixing a fluorescent substance and a vinyl compound. Also, disclosed is a resin composition for converting wavelengths by polymerizing the vinyl compound of the fluorescent material for converting wavelengths and then mixing it with a transparent dispersion medium resin. Therefore, there can be provided a fluorescent material for converting wavelengths capable of converting a light that contributes less to solar energy generation in the incident solar radiation, to a wavelength that contributes significantly to energy generation, as well as utilizing the solar radiation efficiently and stably without deteriorating, a resin composition for converting wavelengths and methods for producing thereof.
