An implant 1 comprising an enossal area 3 and provided with a coating 2, wherein the coating 2 at least partially covers the enossal area 3, and the coating 2 facilitates the ongrowth of the implant 1 within the bone, characterized in that said coating can be removed chemically and/or mechanically under physiological condition.
