Abstract
A method for testing a microorganism to simultaneously judge the presence or absence of plural types of microorganisms in environment includes collecting the microorganism floating in air in a liquid; extracting nucleic acids from the microorganism in the liquid; amplifying part of the nucleic acids extracted; and identifying the type of the microorganism when nucleic acids that bind complementarily with the amplified nucleic acids are immobilized on a carrier after dropping a solution containing the amplified nucleic acids to the carrier, wherein nucleic acids of the plural types of microorganisms are immobilized in advance, and wherein culturing of the microorganism is not conducted after the collecting and before the extracting.
