Valve for a compartmentalized tyre, which has a body (1) having an end (1A) for being coupled to an inflation/deflation system (50) of the compartmentalized tyre; a second end (1B), opposite to the first end, for being coupled to an inflation/deflation duct (3) of the compartmentalized tyre; a flow channel (1C) between the first end (1A) and the second end (1B). The valve has two cavities in the interior of the body (1) of the valve—the cavities have devices for connecting to chambers of the tyre; a communication channel (1D) between the first cavity (14) and the second cavity (15); an opening/closing element (172) formed by: an opening/closing cover (12) of the flow channel (1C); a connection/disconnection separator (17) of the communication channel (1D).
