Abstract
An organ image capture device includes an imaging unit, a contour extraction unit, and a detection unit. The imaging unit images an organ of a living body and obtains an image. The contour extraction unit extracts a contour of the organ from the image obtained by the imaging unit. The detection unit calculates a fitted curve approximating the contour of the organ or a part of the contour extracted by the contour extraction unit and detects unevenness of the contour on the basis of a degree of correlation between the contour and the fitted curve.
