[Object] To provide a neutron scintillator that is constituted of a resin composition including inorganic fluorescent substance particles and has an excellent neutron/γ ray discrimination ability even when an optical transparency of the resin composition is poor due to a discrepancy of refractive indices and the like and fluorescence due to neutrons cannot be taken out sufficiently.
