At least one patterned surface is formed on at least one chamfered surface of the at least two chamfered surfaces of at least a portion of the plurality of patterned cells. The at least one patterned surface has a different surface roughness and/or is at a different height from a chamfered surface corresponding to the at least one patterned surface.
