A garment has a hood including a shell for covering a wearer's head. The shell includes a solid portion, a vented portion, an interior surface, and an exterior surface. The hood further includes a cover connected to the exterior surface to overlap the vented portion and define a channel for air to flow past a wearer's head. The channel includes an air intake configured to direct air into the channel and an air outlet configured to discharge the air out of the channel.
