Abstract
An electromagnetically-driving section, an adjusting spring (setting adjustment section), a pressure equalizing chamber, and a diaphragm (pressure sensing section) are disposed opposite a valve port on an axis line L of the valve port with respect to the valve body therebetween. The valve body, and an aperture, a vertical path, and a lateral path in the valve member (pressure equalizing path) ensure electrical continuity between the valve port and the pressure equalizing chamber. The valve port is coaxial with the second port. A tapered surface is formed in the lower end portion of the valve body, and a helical compression spring causes a sliding surface of a spring holding member which has a spherical shape to abut on the tapered surface.
