Abstract
A system for repairing a cartilage defect. The system includes a riser block having a bone-engaging side that is a patient-specific negative of a patient's bone anatomy proximate to the cartilage defect. A drill guide-engaging side of the riser block is opposite to the bone-engaging side. A superior riser block guide hole is defined by the riser block and extends from the drill guide-engaging side to the bone-engaging side. An inferior riser block guide hole is defined by the riser block and extends from the drill guide-engaging side to the bone-engaging side.
