Abstract
A hose pump is provided having an elastically deformable hose (3) for a medium (7) to be conveyed, and a hose bed (2), over which the hose (3) is guided. Furthermore, at least one squeeze element (6) is provided that is movable along the hose bed (2), for deforming the hose (3) on the hose bed (2) in order to this way move forward the medium (7) inside the hose (3). The hose bed (2) is provided at least partially with a friction-reducing coating (8).
