Abstract
Methods and systems are disclosed for job productivity coordination. A three dimensional (3D) simulation of a job site is generated at a processor, comprising a first lifting device wherein the 3D simulation simulates movements of the first lifting device, wherein the 3D simulation is based on input data from sensors associated with the job site. The 3D simulation and a lift plan for the first lifting device are displayed to a decision maker via at least one display. A change to the lift plan is received at the processor from the decision maker based on the 3D simulation. The change in the lift plan is sent to a lifting device operator associated with the first lifting device.
