Disclosed are a paper box with a wireless signal transmission component (300) and a manufacturing method of the paper box. The manufacturing method includes the steps of providing a forming mold (100), filling a paper pulp into the forming mold (100) to form a basal layer (210), installing a wireless signal transmission component onto the basal layer (210), filling a paper pulp into the forming mold (100) again to cover the basal layer (210) and combine with the basal layer (210) to form a box body (200), covering the wireless signal transmission component (300) into the box body (200), and pressing and dehydrating the box body (200) before hot pressing and drying the box body (200). In addition, the method is used for manufacturing a paper box with an integrally formed box body (200) and a wireless signal transmission component (300) embedded into the box body (200).
