The present invention aims to provide an organic electroluminescence device that operates successfully without strict sealing. Provided is an organic electroluminescence device having a structure in which a plurality of layers is stacked between an anode and a cathode formed on a substrate, wherein the organic electroluminescence device is sealed to provide a water vapor transmission rate of 10−6 to 10−3 g/m2·day.
