An air suction device 7 discharges compressed air through a discharge opening 53. The air suction device 7 places a part, of the discharge hole 23a, near the holding part 2a. The air suction device 7 sucks air in the holding part 2a. The discharges the air through the discharge hole 23a. A first ring-shaped protrusion 51 is provided on a part, of the discharge opening 53, near holding part 2a, protrudes in a direction away from the holding part 2a, and covers the discharge opening 53.
