Abstract
Provided is a liquid composition that places a low burden on the environment and has such properties as to thicken or gelate upon the application of strain. The liquid composition according to the present invention contains components (A), (B), (C), and (D). The component (A) is an N-methyl-N-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl) fatty amide represented by Formula (1). The component (B) is an N-methyl-N-(2-hydroxypropyl) fatty amide ester represented by Formula (2). The component (C) is an oily substance. The component (D) is water.
