Abstract
Artificial dermis for transplantation includes a wound contact layer that includes a porous sheet consisting of a biodegradable material, the porous sheet satisfying the following Equation, Equation: X2/X1≦0.8. In the porous sheet, when a line parallel to a wound contact face and a line perpendicular to a wound contact face of equal length are drawn, X1 represents a number of points of intersection between the line parallel to the wound contact face and pore walls; and X2 represents a number of points of intersection between the line perpendicular to the wound contact face and pore walls.
