Abstract
Principles and embodiments of the present invention relates to a process for the production of a transparent electrode, comprising the process steps: I) provision of a transparent substrate layer, II) application of a grid structure comprising a plurality of bars of metal or at least comprising metallic particles to the substrate layer, III) application of a dispersion comprising at least one polythiophene, at least one polymer having SO3−M+ groups, at least one fluorinated or perfluorinated polymer having SO3−M+ groups, and at least one dispersing agent, wherein M+ represents H+, Li+, Na+, K+ or NH4+, to the transparent substrate layer provided with the grid structure, and IV) at least partial removal of the dispersing agent resulting in obtaining a transparent electrode. Principles and embodiments of the present invention also relates to a transparent electrode obtainable by this process, a transparent electrode, an electronic component and a dispersion.
