A device may receive a request for a vehicle insurance bid including information that identifies a driver and information that identifies a vehicle associated with the driver. The device may identify an insurer that is to be provided with bidding information associated with the driver and the vehicle. The device may determine a subscription type associated with the insurer that may indicate a scope of the bidding information that is to be provided to the insurer. The device may determine the bidding information based on the subscription type, the request, and driver information associated with the driver and/or the vehicle. The device may provide the bidding information to an insurer device associated with the insurer. The device may receive a bid after providing the bidding information. The device may provide the bid such that the driver can purchase vehicle insurance associated with the bid.
