The present disclosure provides biophotonic compositions and methods useful in phototherapy. In particular, the biophotonic compositions of the present disclosure comprise at least two xanthene dyes. The biophotonic compositions and the method of the disclosure are useful for promoting wound healing and skin rejuvenation, as well as treating acne and other skin conditions.
