The inorganic oxidic filler of the invention has hydrolysis-resistant peroxy functionalization and is specifically suitable for bonding into polymer mixtures crosslinked by a free-radical root, in particular in technical items composed of polymer or of elastomer, for example tires, tire components, drive belts, drive belt components, air springs, conveyor belts, hoses, gaskets, etc. Peroxyorganosiloxane groups are bonded here by way of oxygen to oxides of silicon, aluminum, magnesium, calcium, zinc, zirconium, and/or titanium.
