Abstract
A display panel and a 3D display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a substrate, pixel units provided at one side of the substrate, a black matrix provided between any adjacent two pixel units, and a phase retardation film provided at the other side of the substrate, the phase retardation film comprises phase delaying units; one side of the substrate provided with the phase retardation film is further provided with a refracting layer, which is used to refract the light emitted from the pixel unit toward the display panel. The display panel shortens the distance of the crosstalk-free area thereto, thereby improving the 3D watching distance and also broadening the viewing angles.
