Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing a masterbatch in the liquid phase based on one or more diene elastomer latexes and on one or more fillers which coagulate spontaneously with said latex, comprising the following successive steps:
- preparing a stable and homogeneous aqueous dispersion (C) containing one or more surfactants, by mixingone or more diene elastomer latexes (A) withone or more aqueous dispersions (B) of one or more fillers which coagulate spontaneously,homogenizing the aqueous dispersion (C),reducing the chemical potential of the surfactant in the aqueous dispersion (C) until coagulation of said diene elastomer latex(es) with the filler(s),recovering the coagulum,drying the recovered coagulum in order to obtain the masterbatch.
