Further, the Invention relates to a method for determining the redox state In a pregnant female. Additionally, the Invention relates to a reaction kit comprising detection means for detecting two or more proMBP complexes, as well as to various uses of the reaction kit. Further, the invention relates to a method of diagnosis of preeclampsia by determining the ratio between proMBP protein in complex with PAPP-A and proMBP protein in complex with angiotensinogen (ATG).
