Abstract
A microporous membrane roll includes cores formed in whole or in part from electrically conductive members, and microporous membranes wound around the cores. First and second surfaces of the microporous membranes are equivalently charged with antipolar charges. A method of manufacturing the microporous membrane roll includes diselectrifying the microporous membranes with a diselectrifier, and winding the microporous membranes around the cores formed in whole or in part from the electrically conductive members.
