Systems and methods that receive one or more information associated with a debit card account and receive verification of the information associated with the debit card. Upon the verification, a proxy associated with the information may be generated and stored in association with the information. The proxy may further be provided to other entities that may use the proxy as an indicator of the verification of the debit card account and for initiating transactions using the verified debit card account.
