Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a composite powder that is stable even if it is present in water for a long time. A composite powder, comprising: an inorganic powder; a first coating layer containing a water-repellent organic compound on the surface of the inorganic powder; and a second coating layer which contains at least one compound selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, silicon oxide hydrate, aluminum oxide, and aluminum hydroxide, and which is formed on the first coating layer.
