The invention relates to a connecting interface having a circuit arrangement, in order to associate incoming data messages with available information, having a means for comparing incoming messages with available information and for storing available information. In this case, the means comprises a multiplicity of comparison elements that have a respective associated memory, wherein the respective memories together form a store for storing information relating to unassociated messages, and the comparison elements are designed for the parallel comparison of incoming messages with the information stored in their respective memories.
