The rotating mechanism includes a first disk and a second disk. The first disk and the second disk are rotatable relative to each other. The second disk is fixed on the base. The supporting mechanism is connected with the rotating mechanism and the point-of-service display. Consequently, the point-of-service display is rotatable by the rotating mechanism.
