Abstract
To provide a battery module that easily can maintain excellent battery characteristics such as repeated charge-and-discharge performance, the present invention is a battery module that houses a laminate-type unit battery (100), including: a battery housing body (200) that includes a flat-plate base, with a unit battery (100) mounted on a front and a back surface of the base which are two main surfaces; a first cover body (310) that is mounted on the battery housing body of the front surface; and a second cover body (320) that is mounted on the battery housing body of the back surface.
