An aluminum-alloy brazing sheet having good corrosion resistance is provided. The aluminum-alloy brazing sheet comprises a core made of an aluminum alloy, a brazing filler metal made of an Al—Si based alloy and clad on one surface of the core, and a sacrificial anode material clad on the other surface of the core, the sacrificial anode material containing Zn: 1.0 to 6.0 mass %, Si: 0.5 to 1.5 mass %, Fe: 0.5 to 1.5 mass %, and Ti: 0.05 to 0.20 mass %, the core containing Si: 0.5 to 1.2 mass %, Fe: 0.05 to 0.60 mass %, Cu: 0.3 to 1.0 mass %, Mn: 0.5 to 1.6 mass %, and Ti: 0.05 to 0.20 mass %, and Vickers hardness of the sacrificial anode material after heating conducted in the same way as the brazing of the brazing sheet being not less than 30 Hv. A method of manufacturing the aluminum-alloy brazing sheet is also provided.
