Abstract
A method for annealing liquid crystal is provided. First, a substrate having a liquid crystal layer thereon is provided, and a lens structure is disposed between the substrate and a contact surface of the liquid crystal layer. The liquid crystal layer fills and levels up the lens structure, and it has a thickness difference between the thickest portion and the thinnest portion in a range of 10 to 150 μm. An infrared light-absorbing layer having transmittance of infrared light in a range of 5 to 70% is covered on the liquid crystal layer. Infrared light is irradiated to the infrared light-absorbing layer to anneal the liquid crystal.
