Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for storing at least two printing plates (2) successively removed from a same plate cylinder (16) of a rotary press, each printing plate (2) having a central region (4) bearing patterns to be printed and a front edge (6) and a rear edge (8) opposite each other, the front edge being provided with a front fold (10) for fastening the printing plate (2) on the plate cylinder (16). According to the inventive method, the printing plates (2) are stacked on each other by fitting their front folds (10) into one another.
