Abstract
A touch panel includes a first conductive layer, an insulating layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer, the insulating layer, and the second conductive layer are stacked in that order. The first conductive layer includes a carbon nanotube layer. The carbon nanotube layer includes a large number of carbon nanotubes, and the carbon nanotubes are arranged substantially along a first direction. The second conductive layer includes a number of metal strips. The metal strips are spaced from each other. The metal strips are arranged substantially along a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are intersected.
