Abstract
This invention relates to a dispensing system, comprising a dispensing outlet (108) for dispensing beverage at a controlled temperature, a mixing chamber (120) upstream in a flow path to said outlet such that dispensed beverage flows from said chamber to the outlet, at least three feeding lines (124, 126, 128) feeding beverage of at least three different defined temperatures to said chamber; and a controller (500) for controlling the feed from each of said feeding lines so as to yield a desired temperature of the dispensed beverage.
