Abstract

A transparent flexible film and a method of manufacturing thereof. An inorganic layer is formed by coating ionized metal compound on a surface of a transparent substrate film and naturally cured so as to react with moisture in the air. Accordingly, the transparent flexible film for solar cell has low permeability rate of water and oxygen.
