The present invention relates to a disposable laboratory cannula for transferring a liquid or a solution from one vessel to another vessel avoiding atmospheric contamination comprising. The cannula includes a hollow stalk region having a hollow first end and a hollow second end; a first manipulating region being continuous with the hollow first end of the stalk region; and a second manipulating region bring continuous with the hollow second end of the stalk region and the first manipulating region.
