Abstract
The present invention refers to a group for the in-line measuring of the quantity of carbon dioxide dissolved in a liquid contained in a closed container such as bottles, jars and so on and to an automatic containers filling plant comprising such measuring group. The measuring group according to the present invention comprises at least one inspection area (20,20′) suitable for housing at least one container (11), at the at least one inspection area (20,20′) being provided at least one laser spectroscopy device (16) for measuring the partial pressure of carbon dioxide present in the head space (13) of a container (11) placed in the at least one inspection area (20,20′), and it is characterised in that at the at least one inspection area (20,20′) there are additionally provided means for mixing (12) the content of said container (11).
