Abstract
There is provided an anti-fouling composition comprising
- (i) a surface coating material;(ii) (a) a first enzyme; and (b) a first substrate, wherein action of the first enzyme on the first substrate provides a second substrate (iil) a second enzyme, wherein the second enzyme is encapsulated in a silicate, and wherein said second enzyme generates an anti-foulant compound when acting on said second substrate.
