A cable management system cable tray having a primary and secondary track for receiving a cable chain for connecting components across a rotatable joint of a turret. The cable chain is adapted to shift between the primary and secondary tracks depending on the rotation turret to avoid pulling on the cable chain during the rotation of the turret. The cable management is modular and removable from the turret as single component for repair or replacement.
