The system may include a user identification unit to identify a user with an intention to make a purchase, a bidding unit to receive a bid for a right to offer an advertisement of an advertiser for a product or service to the user, a storage device to contain an advertisement database to store an identification (ID) of the advertisement, and an advertisement provision unit to provide the user with the advertisement of the advertiser.
