Abstract

The invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular an alpine ski shoe, comprising an upper part and a sole formation. A stiffening element for influencing the stiffness of the sole formation extends between a toe side and a heel side of the sole formation. A detachable fixing element is assigned to the stiffening element and is exclusively disposed at the heel side of the sole formation, so that said fixing element can be operated from the entry for the user's foot into the sports shoe and in the detached state permits removal of the stiffening element from the interior of the upper part of shoe via the entry for the user's foot.
